Unless otherwise indicated, the price indicated for items is the retail price (including VAT at the rate in force). The price of any purchase made through the site is valid for the day on which the order is placed and paid for.

All data recorded by Rita Paupério constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between the Seller and the Consumer, and Rita Paupério is responsible for archiving the electronic document formalizing the contract and undertakes to keep it accessible.

PLACING ORDERS

1. Browse the pages of the site and find the item(s) you wish to purchase;
2. On the page of the selected item, click on the button, fill in the details on the form and click on the “Book” button;
3. You will receive an email with information on the availability of the chosen item(s), payment methods and shipping information (postage and delivery time);

PAYMENT METHODS

The payment methods available are

• MB WAY (national payments)
• Bank transfer indicating the respective IBAN

No other payment method other than those mentioned will be accepted. Orders will only be processed and shipped once payment has been confirmed. Once 5 days have passed since the order was placed, if there has been no payment or notice of payment, the order will be canceled.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After payment and order confirmation, the indicative delivery time is 10 working days (mainland Portugal), 15 working days (Madeira and Europe) and 20 working days (Azores and Rest of the World). During the festive and vacation seasons, delivery times may change and will be communicated.

The cost of shipping is dependent on the volume, weight and place of destination, so the amount will be indicated via email.

Delivery will be carried out by CTT – Correios de Portugal or by a transport company. If the person responsible is unable to deliver the order, you will receive a notification and the order will be available at the CTT office at your address for the period stipulated in the CTT notification or at the carrier’s collection point.

Some of the data you provide (Name, Address, Postal Code, City) will be shared with CTT – Correios de Portugal or the carrier so that online purchases can be delivered. You will only be contacted if there is a problem with the delivery. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.
